Olive pulp with a more pronounced touch of sweeter tomatoes and dark vegetables like black cabbage, chicory, chard, and almond.<\/p>\n<p>The sweet and warm body of black pepper is more pronounced, deeper, denser, and richer. Thyme is present here as well, but with more oregano, highly aromatic with olive pulp and a sweet artichoke heart that goes well beyond the ordinary perception. Congratulations to the olive fruit and its structure.<\/p>\n<p>The taste is very balanced and composed, warm with black pepper, fiery with the perfect bitterness of olive pulp, fresh and perfect with a very soft body, veiled with mature richness.
